Ashley Lowery, RMT

Ashley first discovered massage when seeking treatment for her own chronic pain management and migraine treatments. Through this process she was shown the value of massage therapy and its ability to provide real change through biomechanical improvements and quality of life.

For this reason she is very passionate about providing the best care and creating effective treatment plans based on her patient’s desired outcomes. Whether that be simply to melt into the table for some much needed R&R or to assess and create a plan to decrease pain, restore range of motion or maintain physical fitness.

Ashley is trained in Swedish techniques, myofascial release, trigger point release, manual lymphatic drainage, sports massage, neuromuscular stretching (PNF), hydrotherapy, prenatal massage, craniosacral therapy, and therapeutic cupping. She attended MacEwan University’s 2200hr program and holds a license with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC).

Before becoming an RMT, Ashley was trained to be a Doula and although she does not currently practice birthwork, she brings this passion to her prenatal massage.

Ashley is currently working towards completing her RAPID neurofascial release certificate.
